Looking carefully the releases page for woe is at
http://www.freedink.org/releases/woe/freedink-1.08.20090120.exe
and dfarc at 3.2.1 which is of build date Sep 25, 2008.

The pre-releases are at

http://www.freedink.org/snapshots/woe/freedink-1.08.20090526.exe as well as

http://www.freedink.org/snapshots/woe/dfarc-3.3.20090710.zip as well
as http://www.freedink.org/snapshots/woe/freedinkedit-1.08.20090526.exe
but no changelog or anything :(
