maybe you can figure out something. stderror.txt is still 0 bits/bytes.

Now don't know whether it has to do with the dmod (this time it was
Stone of Balance (SOB) or something else.

One thing which may also be affecting (or not) is that I have the
ultimate cheat in the main story (although not playing freedink) .

You used 2.43-1 on the one which we have. If you can try the new one
and want me to try that, would also do that.
