Yes, but perhaps it is a bit on the underdocumented side and so Martin
didn't find about it. For example, you cannot do
M-x describe-variable delete-frame-hook
to get information for the hook. The only documentation I've found is in
the docstring of `delete-frame' (and the entry for `delete-frame' on the
Emacs Lisp Reference).
