Ah, like coreutils does! So these 'rm -f $@-t $@' commands are a left-over
of an idiom copied from coreutils. Whereas in gnulib, we don't use
'chmod a-w ...'.

I'm fine with removing these 'rm -f $@-t $@' commands.
