guile 1.6.0

i did some hacking around to get it compiling/running
alot of stuff isn't working yet
and it's kinda buggy, but it might be a good start

the issues I know about are dynamic linking to gui
isn't working properly, when opening an interpreter
application with gopen it goes ballistic because it
needs to run in the foreground... and I had to do
something like
LD_RUN_PATH="$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/path/to/my/guile/interpreter"
