It is a patch. Just look for the patch to update the autoconf files
on savannah.

- Download the patch:
https://savannah.gnu.org/patch/download.php?item_id=2507&item_file_id=2821
- Apply it.
- Regenerate the autoconf/automake files.
- Build GNU Mach.
