If you speak Python, you could have a look at PyHurd and add some more 
bindings:

Or if you speak lisp, you could play with the lisp bindings: 
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/hurd/incubator.git/tree/?h=clisp

But in any case: Please apply first.

Sadly yes, but as long as you don’t use it for other stuff that shouldn’t 
affect 
your privacy in other matters.
