I was uanble to build it out of the box ... (using debian unstable)
using automake 1.4p6

the ./configure complains about a missing intl/Makefile.in. I think its
suppose to be auto-genrated by some gettext operation isn't ?

I tried updating to automake 1.7 no diff did something else is broken ?
