Should makeinfo warn that the entire caption is ignored due to no
space char is found?
Instead of ignoring a long, unbreakable, caption, how about arbitrarily
chopping it at whatever length will fit, and adding ... at the end?
As in:
* anchor:: Figure 3: someverylongcaptionwhichhasnospacecharact...
