@exampleindent now only affects @example, @display and the like.

As it seems there's no easy fix for this really. This time the
following became problematic:
A paragraph.
@exampleindent 0
@table @asis
...
@end table
This produces no blank lines between the paragraph and the table.
Though this generates what we want:
A paragraph.
@exampleindent 0
@table @asis
...
@end table
I'm not sure if there's an easy way to fix this completely.
