Sure, I have nothing against FSF holding the copyright.

txi-is.tex, Icelandic support for Texinfo

As indicated in the header comment, I copied from txi-en.tex (by Karl
Berry, part of Texinfo) and icelandic.dtx (by Einar Arnason, part of
LaTeX package 'babel').
