Oh, Laurent stopped translating Texinfo looong ago.

If I remember well, Michel took Texinfo translation over from Laurent.
But this is also away in the past, as Michel later completely stopped
translating, many years ago (Michel was taking care of quite a number of
packages at the time).

Oh, things might have changed quite a lot since I was coordinating the
Translation Project, and I did not try to follow all that happen.

Which I'm not doing right now.  Hopefully, the issue will be sorted
