Yes, please. Whenever a gettextized string that contains several options
or longer pieces of text is changed, please split it up into elements.

In future I will check the POT file of texinfo prereleases, and holler
when I see changes in larger strings.

Spello: unumbered.
(But, when describing options, try using other words than are used in the
option themselves. This gives the non-native speaker a better chance of
grasping what the option does. Here maybe: "do not number the sections".)
