nice idea, nice plot to tackle the problem.
What has been confusing me was the scoping on the environment side, and
the lack
of scoping on the side of dependencies. This is neat, but it tends to
get forgotten on
the first read.
Hey, I got another name:
Buildscope
Opposing to Build or Build_Scope, it's not as easy to be taken as a
verb, and it speaks
quite frankly about what is new in the file that is named.
