Breakpoint works for one user but not for the other...

Hello,

we have a very strange behaviour of ddd here: I set a breakpoint in a
multithreading application (it is quite big so unfortunately I can't send
a minimum example). The program stops perfectly at the breakpoint.

A colleague of mine has copied my .ddd directory so I think he has the
same config as me.
But when he starts ddd, it behaves much different: He gets a message in
the gdb console about a SIG32 realtime event when a thread is started,
that I never see. He also gets "Program received signal SIGTRAP,
Trace/breakpoint trap" after which the program terminates. I never got this one
neither. But we
can switch them off via the "Signal handling" dialog box.

The bad thing is, that the program seems to stop at the breakpoint, but
the green arrow doesn't appear and he can't step through the program.

Can you explain this odd behaviour ? He can't debug his program now and I
can't help him...

cu,
Markus Grunwald
