Adding a software without Javascript

I tried to add a software that I'm writing to the directory (it's a lisp
implementation called alisp hosted at
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/alisp), but no form appear in the
page https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Form:Entry, maybe because I don't
enable Javascript.  Am I correct?

Savannah also involves some administration tasks, but you can perform
them without Javascript.
