Hello Craig and all contributors,
To be honest, I always want two things on Free Software Directory:
1) Like gnu.org front page, please include News and also Random Package sections
2) Like wikipedia, please show pictures of software and allow
contributors to contribute screenshot for each program (also good if
the front page features some screenshots, like gnu.org)
The issue is that I, with respects to all FSD contributors, always
felt that visiting FSD lacks the feeling of visiting any wiki website,
because it feels static and I could not immediately tell there is new
updates compared to other webs and wikis, like, for example, gnu.org
wikipedia.org as well as fsf.org.
For example, in my opinion, front page may show Trisquel showing
LibreOffice with
links to appropriate pages in the FSD.
I believe that would be useful for newcomers. Thank you very much for
all your hard works.
Sincerely yours,
Ade Malsasa Akbar
