Qt interface was developed with latest Qt version qt-x11-free-3.0.1 . It was
tested also with qt-2.3.1 and qt-2.2.4 , though some features are
disabled with qt-2 . It was not tested with qt-2.0.2 .
Versions of runtime qt package and development qt package must be the same. I
suppose that libqt2-dev package version 1:2.0.2-1.1 contains header files
from qt-2.0.2 and compilation of Electric fails.
I recommend to get sources of latest qt release and
compile qt from sources:
