Thanks for the links, they don't seem to have any raw signal data.

If anyone is interested, the "spec" for GPS is called ICD-200c and can be found 
here
http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/pubs/gps/icd200/default.htm

It seems like no one is willing to waste their bandwidth on hosting hundreds of MBs of digitized GPS signals. :(
