Hello,
I've been bread boarding a DC to DC charge pump. It currently
function's, but could be optimized a bit further. Attached is a PNG
produced by gEDA's gschem.
Some notes about it's current status. It accepts +5 referenced to GND
and generates a regulated 33v referenced to GND. Under no load it
produces 34v and with a 16k resistor for loading it produces 32.5v.
All caps are currently .1uf 50v electrolytic. I believe it's cost is
less then $10, most parts can be obtained at Rat Shack.
Best regards.

Albert Einstein, when asked to describe radio, replied:
"You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long
cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is
meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this?
And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals
here, they receive them there. The only difference is that
there is no cat."
