Hi all,
I solved the usrp building problems and built a binary installer for windows 
including usrp support.

I found the solution (new libusb version)
I now succeeded (after some hacking) in building usrp and gr-usrp

I made an installer for all of them
I also was left with some usrp_prims dll and python code in my site-packages 
dir.
I dont know what it does but i put it in its own installer

As I said before, I have no way of testing this, so if it works, great. If it 
doesn't, please solve the problem and tell me about it.
