Yes it is included. I reimplemented the transmit side to take advantage of asynchronous messages, to support variable packet sizes, and to allow setting the encoding per packet. We merged receive and transmit chains to form a complete transceiver and, as a demo, connected it to the Linux TCP/IP stack.
