Ok, I take that back - I'd rather see URL handling *WORK* than having
something superfluous like themes.

I understand what Ian's point was.

I look more at the 579 FIXME references in the core source. That might not be the best method of evaluating what needs to be done, but it's all I have, barring any design or development documentation.

Now, as I say, I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do, or being ungrateful for the amount of work that has gone into GNUstep. I just think that effort could be better expended on finishing GNUstep's -base and -gui, and removing any hacks, temporary solutions, etc. before worrying about whether or not GNUstep will work on Windows.
