On windows you can simply put the dll files in the folder of your
application exe (or another place where they are found by the system,
i.e. windows folder). My gnustep-base.dll is 2,3 MB, -gui is 3,15 MB.
Additionally you need all the dlls that -gui and -base are linked with:
objc, zlib, libjpeg, libtiff, iconv, etc. which add another 1,4 MB.

Also be aware of the fact that GNUstep on win32 is still in an early
developement stage. But with volunteers it might mature quite fast due
to gnustep's excellent design.

Greetings,
Martin
