This is only an example; all I was suggesting with the reference was
that not only would you be able to attach patches, but if you wanted a
broken down patch (with history) you'd know where to look for it.  Not
to mention the fact that this would give bheron a place to work on the
patch incrementally.

I could send an email their way.  In the past, they have opted to not
provide subversion support for lack of having someone that would be
available 100% of the time to support it.  While I would be more than
happy to do the migration from cvs to subversion, I am not sure I could
make the commitment to becoming the svn maintainer for savannah...

I'll send an email and see that this is still the situation.
