This is my attempt to refactor the type 4 code so that other types can
reuse the CPUID printing code.

[PATCH 1/6] dmidecode: Don't display the raw CPU ID in quiet mode
[PATCH 2/6] dmidecode: dmi_processor_id: Don't set the same variable twice
[PATCH 3/6] dmidecode: Split CPUID type detection from dmi_processor_id
[PATCH 4/6] dmidecode: Helper function to print CPUID
[PATCH 5/6] dmidecode: Make dmi_print_cpuid more flexible
[PATCH 6/6] dmidecode: Save the CPUID format
