Exactly for the same reason you can complain about clutter in the output of `list-faces-display'.
I must be missing something obvious. Can't the user set `list-faces-sample-text'? If 53 chars is too long for her in *Completions*, I'd bet it'll be too in the output of `list-faces-display'. Juanma
