Using the GnuWin32 coreutils and make, I've been able to do a parallel
CMD build in two computers. Thanks.

In my laptop I still get crashes, even in non-parallel bootstraps,
during compilation of .el files. I'm starting to suspect a hardware
error, most likely a bad RAM chip.
