"bzr log --line" and "C-x C-f ChangeLog <RET>" are different
operations. We're talking about the use of the bzr tool (including
graphical interfaces), not about ChangeLog.
Most people seem to agree that the one-line summary is a nice thing to
have in some contexts. Are you going to go against policy?
