That's the reason for _any_ global key.

But what's the reason for a global key
for `revert-buffer'?

Why does Emacs need to sacrifice a key
for this by default?

What happened to seeing what users
actually do?

If zillions of users bind a global key
for `revert-buffer' - and especially if
they're all wanting the same key - then
we have a good case to consider.  But
we don't have that, do we?
