Adding this facility would not imply that we must install every such
rebinding feature that anyone writes.  We could install the few that
interest enough users as to be worth supporting.

I would guess that CUA bindings would be one,
and undo-redo bindings would be another.
But we'll see, later, what they are.

Packages in GNU ELPA could support some additional rebinding features
that aren't worth supporting inside core Emacs, and that someone wants
to maintain.
