That's true -- but we do go through the NEWS file to look for untagged
items and then tag them up.  So adding a :NODOC tag makes the
archaeology slightly more inconvenient from then on.  (I'm not saying
that this, in itself, is a deal breaker or anything, but it's just
another minor annoyance, that along with the other minor annoyances,
makes me less than enthusiastic about doing the tagging this way.)
