As is not adding this feature. 😱
I would be annoyed if I had to every time go through the same extra
steps, so that I could express my feelings using an emoji that looked
like me.
Another reason I would like this feature added is that its an area where
transient shines. For now this would have to be done using something
involving completing-read as Kévin has done. It would be nice to use a
sub-prefix to select the color/gender/... but currently a prefix (or
rather one of its suffixes) cannot return a value to the parent prefix.
But that was actually already one of the features I plan to implement
next. Until the approach using completing-read also works.
