It is always possible that the unproven third-party package
will develop into a success.

If we adopt a policy of encouraging unclear names at that stage,
we need to make it clear at that time that we could rename it later
if we wish to.

However, that should not imply _we_ will rewrite the code at that
time.  Basically, that's more work than we can do.  We need to guide
the developer to make the code clear.
