With an unoptimized build of Emacs 29, generation of org.texi from
org.org takes 2.5 minutes here.  An optimized build of Emacs 28 does
that in 30 sec on one system and 1 minute on another.  Generation of
org.info then takes between 3 and 4 seconds.
