Also, I haven't found out how to modify the fonts in use on fbterm, and I don't like the default one supplied.
The first two user options in ~/.fbtermrc are "font-names" and "font-size". For the former, you can use any fonts returned by "fc-list :spacing=mono". Note that it's a list separated by commas, in which the next ones are fallbacks when the previous ones do not contain a glyph for a given character.
