Which parts of MinGW got updated?  Did Make get updated? or Bash?

I see nothing out of ordinary here, except the final failure.

What happens if you run this command:

 ./temacs --batch -l loadup --temacs=pbootstrap --bin-dest /mingw64/bin/ 
--eln-dest /mingw64/lib/emacs/30.0.50/

manually, from the MSYS Bash prompt in the src directory -- does it
succeed?
