Certainly. It's on my github at
http://github.com/MostAwesomeDude/pyfluidsynth right now. I will be
adding more extensions in order to make it easier to sequence things,
and to complete the API wrapping.
If you have feature or functionality requests, feel free to share; I'm
doing this as part of an extended game engine, so I'll be doing a lot
more work to make this whole shebang work.
