For the record, let me just point out that fluid_synth_process()
currently supports the following two use-cases:

* Separate Dry and Wet Audio
* MIDI channels 5 and 6 on a separate output, including effects

Use-case "Duplicate output for MIDI channel 1" requires a simple
post-procession by the user.

Use-case "Use LADSPA reverb effect for MIDI channel 7" is currently
not supported.

If anybody sees a need for that feature or finds it useful in general,
please SPEAK UP! We need input!
