[FR-devel] Scroll behaviour

Is there any way to control the scroll behaviour of the Scintilla widget?

On my box (Windows), Scintilla makes a nasty jump if the cursor goes down
the screen - runs a page down, it seems. It scrolls up smoothly enough (1
line bounce). Any way to reverse this behaviour, as I tend to read code down
the screen rather than coming back up ;) ?
