Not without a modification to a few major files. That would disrupt the whole wiki (every theme would be that way). I wont do that.

Having in one border would look a bit silly. And they are the same border width as everything else. Therefore, the only thing I could do was sepearate them. What do you think now?

Not just the Wishlist. Any page with a TOC got that and the screenshots page too. Increased it to 2px. Looks slightly better.

Thats is browser based I beleive. I can only affect what it looks like when viewing, hovering and active and visited.
