gnokii 0.5.0pre7

Hi,

New gnokii prerelease is out. Two highligths for it:
 - win32 compability, gnokii is known to compile under MS VC6 and we have
new win32 port maintainer
 - retransmission code fixes, this should fix many weired segfaults that
randomly occured.
