This is wrong. Probably AM_GNU_GETTEXT macro gets unresolved. Could you
post somewhere config.log and such? And full output of autogen.sh script?

The address is outdated (but still works), just noticed it.

The debug output is a bit strange. Could you please post such output from
--identify? Which cable do you use?
