It's been broken for a week or so. A certain helpful soul decided that
sftp support was unnecessary in the stock debian.org ssh
configuration; it took me until today to hunt down somebody that could
re-enable it.

Meanwhile, my kill-outdated-binaries script killed all the old ones.

I manually kicked one through a couple hours ago; the daily rebuilds
should, finally, be working again.
