It somehow occured to me that the possible reason of the
underflow of feedback i received on tlator so far, might be caused by
the sheer amount of sigsegv`s i`ve managed to fix in the fresh
series of deltas ;-)
Well, it hurts when my testing efforts do not actually go further
than "edit log, commit, star merge into the distrib archive".
A lot of code pathes were untested.
So, the summary since tlator--head--0--patch-47:
(As usual [*] available at http://www.ibe.miee.ru/{archives}/address@hidden/)
- a sheer amount of sigsegvs fixed
- some small memory leaks hunted down (thanks to valgrind)
- a piece of documentations on the core internals was written
tlatorsrc://doc/core_overview.txt
(Note: already out-of-date in some aspects)
- large extensions of the compiler:
it now generates much more from the description, and
therefore the burden of keeping the declarations/
utility functions up to date is sharply decreased
- robustify and cleanup various stuff
- registered struct types are now accessible via ctx->types.$TYPENAME
- more ui refreshes
- very basic deltastorage infrastructure (completely unusable so far)
- make that lower rightmost button on the button panel useful
it is a new generic tree viewing component which shows contents
of any node which is a tree root by itself:
for example these are:
- revisions (delta contents)
- srctrees (various deltas)
- undos, inventories, changes and not-yet-deltas
- fix some obviously broken stuff

[*]: I`m currently in the process of switching to another job place, and
therefored i`m not really sure for how long (might be, around one week)
this archive will rest valid.
Actually i`m a bit uncertain about when/how i`ll get a new distribution
site, since savannah obviously rejects OSL-licensed software...
Also some mail troubles might arise.
If people will get to actually mirror it and publicly announce it, i would
be quite happy...
