Actually I had gotten the "summary + verbose = email" format.
What I'm wondering is about the last line of the file,
should there be a blank line after the 'body' of the log?
I'm guessing it doesn't really matter, except perhaps for simpler
changelog generation tools that don't auto-cull undesired whitespace.
