Convention is to put only very brief text in "Summary", and then longer
text following the blank line after the initial headers -- it's kind of
RFC2822-style.

Here's an example of one entry from "tla changelog" output:

> 2003-12-17 17:29:05 GMT Charles Duffy <address@hidden>      patch-71
> 
>     Summary:
>       Always use rlog
>     Revision:
>       cscvs--experimental--1.1--patch-71
>

For this, my log file looked as follows:
