webster elaborated:

-------
As he serves the spicy, he is telling them that they can not do what they
propose due to the GPL. They do not have a license to distribute without giving
patent assurances and 'redistributability.' He will quote them the sections of
the GPL as he sniffs brandy.

As he serves the hot, he will demand to know what patents they have in mind:
whose, what, where in Linux. As he smears the brie on a slice of a baguette, he
will tell them that unless they tell him, they will be inviting a business
slander suit. He will then spear two mozarella balls dripping in Picka Peppa
sauce with one pick and tell them they will be enjoined from selling any GPL
Linux code as soon as they sell one under their proposed terms.

He will then raise a stone ground wheat cracker laden with a slab of sour cream
disguised under Tobasco Pepper Jelly and disappear it with nary a crumb, kiss a
stray gob of jelly from his thumb and tell them they should talk to their
lawyers again.
