In 1.3.108, when the tie descends from a dotted note, the dot is
almost invisible. You can see this in the following example:
\score{\notes{\time 9/8; \key f \major;\clef bass;
g4 d8 bes4. ~ bes4 a8 \bar "|"; a8 gis8 d8 f4.
gis,4. \bar "|";
a,4. ~ a,4 r8 r4 r8 \bar "|"; c4. ~ c8 a8 g8 f8
}}
The tied b \flats in the first measure, and c's in the fourth measure
are fine, but the a's in the third measure are hard to read.
