Windows install up for download (1.3.111)

I've put together another installation (similar to JBR's Windows NT install)
of Lily 1.3.111.  It can be found at
http://www.pacificnet.net/~jlhamm/lily-1.3.111-w32.exe and is around 2.2
megs (the distro of 1.3.98 is gone--I only have 5 megs of webspace on that
account!).  I would appreciate anyone using Windows to give it a try and
report any problems directly back to me--remember that this is an
*unofficial* release and is not supported by the Lilypond team (i.e., don't
report problems with this distribution to this list)!

BTW, on a completely unrelated note, I neglected to attach lily's output
from doing "american-chords.ly" in my last message.  Of note are the lines
